Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Article 1 β The Seller
The website My Daypass Morocco is published by MY DAYPASS MOROCCO, a sole proprietorship based in Reims, France. Contact: reservations@mydaypassmorocco.com.
Article 2 β Purpose
My Daypass Morocco offers a service that connects clients with and books day pass access (pools, restaurants, partner establishments) in Marrakech and its surroundings (including the Agafay desert). My Daypass Morocco acts as an intermediary between the client and the partner establishment: the service itself (pool access, meals, activities) is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the partner establishment, not My Daypass Morocco. This service is 100% free, at no cost to the client.
Article 3 β Booking and Payment
Booking is made online via the website's form. A deposit, whose amount is shown before confirmation, is paid online by card at the time of the request, through a secure payment provider. The remaining balance is paid directly on site, to the establishment, on the day of the service.
The booking is only definitively confirmed after availability is checked with the partner establishment. If the establishment cannot accommodate the requested date or time, the deposit is fully refunded.
Article 4 β Cancellation and Refunds
The client can cancel their booking and receive a full refund of the deposit if they notify us more than 48 hours before the reserved date, by email or WhatsApp. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reserved date, or in case of no-show on the day, the deposit remains with My Daypass Morocco and the partner establishment, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5 β Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law (Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that must be provided on a specific date. Bookings made on My Daypass Morocco for a specific date are therefore not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal; only the cancellation terms in Article 4 apply.
Article 6 β Liability
My Daypass Morocco is not responsible for the quality of the service provided by the partner establishment (welcome, condition of facilities, food), nor for the consequences of events beyond its control (weather, exceptional closure of the establishment, force majeure). In case of an issue on the day of the service, the client is invited to contact My Daypass Morocco for assistance resolving it with the establishment. My Daypass Morocco carefully selects its partners to guarantee quality for its clients.
Article 7 β Personal Data
Information collected during booking (name, email, phone number, number of participants) is used to process the request and is shared with the relevant partner establishment, only to the extent necessary to organize the service. In accordance with the GDPR, the client has the right to access, correct, and delete their data, which can be exercised by email at reservations@mydaypassmorocco.com.
Article 8 β Governing Law and Disputes
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the client is invited to contact My Daypass Morocco first to find an amicable solution, before any other action.
